On 7th October 2016 MI Publishing launched the book LITTLE MAWU – The Story of My Life by the Ghanaian journalist, poet and blogger, Mawutodzi Kodzo Abissath.

The event took place in The Hague in the Library Room of Vliethage, Rijswijkseweg 252.

The event coincided with the Ghanaian Heritage Days 7th and 8th October 2016 in The Hague.

The author was able to communicate with his publisher, Joyce Herry, and the audience through Skype.

The publisher explained how the book LITTLE MAWU – The Story of My Life came into being and the process it went through to get it published.

The author recited three poems of his book, i.e.:

– Beloved Joyce

– Flying Among the Scholars

– Ghana – Centre of the Universe

The well-known Curacaolean poet, Charlton Marcos, was invited by the publisher to recite three more poems from the book. He gave an outstanding performance when he recited the three poems of the book, i.e.:

– Be Yourself

– Be Useful

– Netherlands – Land of Learners
